About ECU Community and Regional Planning
The Community and Regional Planning at ECU offers a BS in Community and Regional Planning and an online MS in Planning and Development degrees. ECU’s BS in Community and Regional Planning is accredited by the Planning Accreditation Board (PAB) and is the only accredited undergraduate planning degree in North Carolina. The program emphasizes career preparations through experiential learning, including study abroad, internships, class-based projects, capstone projects, and planners-in-residence. The program holds strong alums and active Student Planners’ Action Network. The MS in Planning and Development is new in Fall 2022. It is one of a few online graduate planning programs in the United States.
