Eden Enterprises is a vertically integrated cannabis company with expanding interests in retail, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and intellectual property. Eden Enterprises hosts a number of operations comprised of Garden of Eden (dispensary brand), Eden Extracts (vape pen/product brand), and Honeycomb Farms (cultivation brand). Our network of experience brought to the table by cannabis business veterans, both founding members and external partners, provides the basis for vertical integration across the entire cannabis supply chain. The company was seeded in 2003 with Garden of Eden, one of the Bay Area's first cannabis dispensaries. Out of a mission to offer refuge for community members seeking responsibly sourced medical cannabis, GOE has emerged as a leading Bay Area retail dispensary with an award-winning curation of cannabis products. Driven by a quest to provide the highest-quality product, in 2011, Eden Enterprises formed Excelsior Analytical Laboratory, a cannabis/marijuana testing facility. A first in the industry, Excelsior Analytical Laboratory offered a range of lab services for cannabis growers, product manufacturers, dispensaries, and patients in the state of California. The lab proved a breeding ground for our current product offering, Eden Extracts vape pens and designs to expand into other cannabis consumables. Eden Extracts was born in 2014. The Eden Extracts vape products are thoroughly refined, purposefully crafted, thoughtfully conceived, and consumer focused at their core. Originally created for Garden of Eden customers, Eden Extracts is expanding distribution to top dispensaries. In 2015, Eden Enterprises launched our sister company, Treez, to provide a best-in-class retail management software that seamlessly automates cannabis dispensary operations and provides end-to-end features for every aspect of the business. Treez now serves leading dispensaries across the United States.
