Edens Capital Management, LLC is a specialty asset management firm located in Chapel Hill, NC. In conjunction with our well-established capital partners, ECM successfully trades in the non performing mortgage asset space. Our mission is very broad – to participate in the resolution of the national housing crisis. Our results are granular – helping as many homeowners keep their home as possible. Our expertise relies on leveraging returns and profitability to accomplish important results in home ownership preservation. Our clientele has diverse priorities, with some looking to divest themselves of seriously delinquent mortgage loans entirely and others strictly looking to limit the latent exposure within their pipeline. ECG collaborates with each client on these goals then deploys a team of partners in capital, modification production, asset management and sales to assist our clients in the realization of spectacular results. For some of these workouts, ECG will develop and manage a program of aggressive mortgage modifications to get homeowners back into a position of paying their monthly obligations monthly or providing owner financing for properties where the homeowner has moved on. ECG delivers excellent returns to our capital partners while providing the most socially responsible resolution for the homeowner possible. We do not believe that investment returns and being socially responsible are mutually exclusive – and we want to show you how.
