This CVC practice was launched by Dream VC - the Emerging Markets Venture Capital Institute, in response to the growing interest in corporate venture capital in emerging markets, providing executive insights, cohort and bespoke training, and implementation services to enable corporate groups and family holdings via a world-class corporate venture capital as a service opportunity. We address the critical challenges companies face today, including digital disruption, the need for accelerated innovation, and the demand for robust corporate growth strategies with ongoing research efforts mapping corporate venturing initiatives, best practice guides and a comprehensive event series for board members and corporate executives in emerging markets. Our goal is to support in finding ‘the why’ and determine ‘the how’ for your next corporate venture strategy. Over the course of the last year, our teams have assisted in the mobilization of corporate capital in the UAE, Japan, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya and are actively involved in supporting the design and deployment of CVC initiatives for groups in Trading, Telecoms, FMCG, Financial Services and more across global markets. We have also hosted 4x dedicated corporate innovation events in London, Dubai, Tunis and Marrakech bringing together over 100+ active and aspiring CVCs and our expert network.
