We are a small professional construction company who work mostly throughout Shropshire with over 25 years experience in construction. We have experience in Commercial and residential sectors, and within a range of types of buildings from new build, to Listed Buildings. In addition to our construction projects we also provide a Fire Door service. We are qualified to carry out Fire Door Inspections, maintenance and installations. This is something which compliments our business for our commercial projects but also a great addition to offer any business or property owner where fire doors are required. Since the Grenfell tragedy, the construction industry has been making vast improvements towards fire prevention and compartmentation. It is a legal requirement for all fire doors in every building to be inspected and the guidance is at 6 monthly intervals, annually to flat entrance doors and every 3 months in communal areas of buildings over 11m high. Offering the Inspections means we can keep clients compliant and offer a complete service including maintenance, replacements and any making good works required.
