Back and neck pain is epidemic in our society. Over 80% of us will have back or neck pain in our lifetime and most of us will have recurring episodes, some episodes disabling us for a long period of time. However, we don’t have to live with fear of recurring or chronic back and neck pain if we take the right steps now. With our 35 years of experience treating patients with back pain, neck pain and other musculoskeletal conditions (shoulders, hips, headaches, etc.) we can give our patients the help and tools they need to feel better, keep healthy, perform well and age well. We understand that our patients have different health goals, some may just want quick relief and others may seek more help, information and a more permanent solution to their problem. That’s why we take the time to understand your health care goals, and work together with you to achieve the results you want. Getting control of back and neck pain can be difficult. No two patients are alike. Research tells us that back and neck pain is influenced by many factors including our physical and emotional health, how we move our bodies on a daily basis, and our thoughts and beliefs about our health.
