Today, Edgewood Companies Management and Board of Directors are focused on their primary real estate investment objective: The Lodge at Edgewood Tahoe. Located on Lake Tahoe’s south shore, the project received approval from the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency in August 2012 for a best-in-class resort including a lodge with 154 luxury guest rooms and 40 fractional residences*. The Lodge is currently under construction on the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course near the existing clubhouse.
