About Edgewood
Since 1979, Edgewood has been a leading wholesaler of high quality matting and flooring products in Canada. With a warehouse, corporate office, and service hub located in Edmonton, Alberta and a supporting team of territory managers coast to coast, we provide quality products and services via a vast distribution network of dealers across Canada. Our scope of influence includes Architects & Design, New Construction, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Sports/Fitness, Landscaping, and Janitorial/Sanitation. Housed within our Edmonton location is our sister company, Hydrosion Design, which is a water-jet cutting business. This relationship allows us to customize our products to suit a customer’s dreams and requirements. We are a team-oriented organization - each of our team members is a respected and valued asset to our business. We support the growth of each individual in our organization and assist them in reaching their full potential. GREEN INITIATIVES At Edgewood, we are driven to reduce our overall impact on the environment by incorporating green initiatives, whenever possible. Many of our products are manufactured with recycled content taken from post-industrial and post-consumer recycled material. As a member of the Canada Green Building Council and with an accredited LEED Green Associate on staff, we can assist with projects that are seeking LEED certification. This dedication is part of our ongoing commitment to a green-friendly approach to the matting, athletics and flooring industries. COMMUNITY AWARENESS Edgewood believes in the importance of being a positive influence in local and global communities. We strive to support our neighbourhoods through local community outreach programs that assist the less fortunate and as a company, we sponsor over 26 international children through Compassion Canada. Collectively, our employees actively support more than 30 children worldwide through various charitable organizations.
