About edibl - The UK Insect Company

edibl is an innovative UK start-up growing edible insects (principally crickets) to re-cast our approach to protein in the food chain for both humans and pets. We do this through the use of automated technologies and modular circular methodologies within vertical farms which are designed for urban and rural environments and utilise local energy, recycled waste food and water resources efficiently. Our output is used in the production of low-impact, high-quality, nutritious, and inherently sustainable food products. And it's quite delicious too, actually!
