Edlin Consulting was founded by David Webster; a successful lawyer and businessman with +35 years of experience in leading, developing, and growing high-performing teams at three London City law firms – Waltons & Morse, Eversheds and RPC. Armed with strong commercial and strategic instincts, David has a keen understanding of the pressures, responsibilities and challenges facing commercial organisations today. David now provides executive coaching to all levels of management – he is a member of the Meyler Campbell community of executive coaches, a programme accredited by the Association of Coaching. ‘My role as a coach is to enable the very best of you. Together we will work to identify your goals, set clear objectives, and develop and implement an effective plan to achieve them.
