Learners sit our initial diagnostic assessment to enable you to identify individuals learning needs or ‘gaps’ in knowledge. From there you can develop a bespoke intervention strategy, including bespoke pathways for each learner or for staff to improve their knowledge and understanding of the industry in which you work. Providing qualifications and in-house courses, developed by your company, gives you full control of the development of your staff. EDQuals is excited to provide you with a platform to facilitate all of your training needs. Content that you supply can be uploaded by our development team and will be built to your liking with tailored branding. Any level of qualification can be white labelled and incorporated into the platform, from Functional Skills Entry Levels up to Level 7 apprenticeships. EDQuals allows your learners to break down barriers to education, with a platform and content that is accessible 24/7. We want everyone to have access to education, even when life interrupts, work takes over and family demands time.
