About Educate Our State

Educate Our State is a grassroots, parent-led organization educating and uniting Californians to advocate for systemic change that will provide all students with a high quality education. We started in San Francisco in 2010 with 6 public school moms facing a funding crisis. Today we are 50,000 strong all across California. Visit our website (www.EducateOurState.org) and join us! California is failing its children; the time for change is now. The current public education system in California is broken.
