About Education Business Partnership

Education Business Partnership (EBP) has been designing and delivering engaging ways for employers and young people to come together for over 30 years. Each year we work with over 20,000 young people to deliver a wide range of initiatives designed to build confidence, raise aspirations and help them to successfully prepare to enter the world of work. These initiatives include: work experience, careers and enterprise activities, skills development workshops/programmes, careers/job fairs and insight days. We cover a wide variety of topics including employability skills, sector awareness raising, entrepreneurial activities and life skills such as financial awareness, wellbeing workshops and good citizenship. We work in partnership with around 900 businesses whose involvement with our activities often supports their own corporate social responsibility goals. We help increase employee engagement by offering volunteering opportunities and help enhance and develop employees’ skills through mentoring and coaching. We also develop and deliver programmes to help employers inspire students to enter a career in their sector. We work with businesses of all sizes from all sectors together with students from primary schools, secondary schools and colleges across Berkshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, North Hampshire and Oxfordshire. Fundamentally, we bring the education and business worlds together and facilitate delivery of impactful programmes for the mutual benefit of all involved.
