Vision: A global movement where everyone has equal access to inclusive and quality education, active citizenship, and lifelong learning modalities are promoted and protected without gender limitations. Mission: To promote, protect, and ensure inclusive and accessible quality education through effective participation, advocacy, lobbying and networking with all level practitioners to strengthen policy dialogue and cross sectoral cooperation across platforms and countries for universal change.
