About Educational Development and Services

Educational Development and Services (EDS) provides turnkey professional development programs for its University partners. From course development to marketing and registration, EDS provides front-end and back-end processes. We have a team of 25-course development/instructors and 40 professional development coordinators that serve US and International students. We are educators developing and facilitating courses for educators! Meet our Leadership Team: Karianne Pulli, Executive Director and Co-Founder With over 15 years experience, Karianne has oversight of strategic partnerships, course and program development, and recruitment of instructors and coordinators across the country Steve Horning, Executive Director and Co-Founder With over 20 years at EDS, Steve has oversight of strategic marketing initiatives, technology, and operations. As liaison between universities and EDS, Steve ensures registration and transcript efficiency across the teams. Lori Spinelli-Samara, Director of Education As a career educator, Lori worked as a public school teacher, professional learning and development specialist and an educational consultant. The focus of her work has been growing teachers as leaders through professional learning, mentoring and coaching. She has developed and led school, district and national professional learning opportunities for teachers, administrators and leadership teams. She has been with EDS for four years. Bob Wellman, MBA, Program Director Working at EDS for nearly 7 years, Bob supports the daily operations and facilitates all marketing initiatives. He is responsible for all web site development, technological enhancements and student support activities.
