Edward Cooke Family Law is a specialist family law and mediation practice with many years of experience in handling the full range of issues that arise upon separation or divorce. We are equipped to provide assistance to clients across a full spectrum of scenarios and assist clients in resolving financial issues or dealing with child arrangements on divorce or separation. We also have expertise in assisting people in cohabiting relationships upon relationship breakdown. We also specialise in the preparation of Cohabitation Agreements and Pre Nuptial Agreements. Edward Cooke Family Law was founded in 2018 by Edward Cooke, who previously practised as a specialist family lawyer for 18 years in West Sussex and Hampshire - including 14 years as a partner. The firm has grown to a team of nine across two offices - in Chilgrove, near Chichester and Brighton. We are recognised as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500, 2022, and two of our Directors, Edward Cooke and Lauren Guy are ranked as Recommended Lawyers. Whilst some clients are locally based, we have close links with respected family law professionals in London and further afield and other clients are from across the country.
