The concept of using authentic techniques and uncompromising standards was conceived of, and implemented by, our founder, Lewis Mittman. His involvement in every facet of manufacturing during the first 35 years of the company set a sound basis and philosophy, insuring the years to come would perpetuate his exacting standards. These high standards continue to be maintained by his son, Steven and his granddaughter, Amanda. In addition to our traditional hand crafted techniques, we have invested in the latest high-tech equipment that we utilize to create designs that will last for generations. We have also implemented unprecedented lean manufacturing techniques at our North Carolina workshop. What this means for you is higher quality products produced more efficiently so that we may ship faster.
