Team cohesion and cooperation are addressed in our TEAM PRO® workshop. In this interactive seminar we challenge participants to examine their own experiences with workplace incivility and guide them in the development of strategies to minimizing its occurrence and mitigating its impact. Finally, our PACE 2R® methodology provides a framework for rapid adaptation of processes based upon current and evolving conditions in the emergency room.
