Coaching is a way of navigating the pitfals which create the barriers to success or high performance. It enables the individual or team to effectively tap into their natural resources. EEC's offerings are Strategic Intervention for Leadership Development and NLP Coaching. Coaching is focused on the development of leadership potiential; coaching emerging people managers; coaching for interpersonal relationships; enabling team development and intervension for conflict management. Our coaching is offered to enable those who are seeking a better job or moving up the ladder; coaching enables increase customer statisfaction through appropriate attention and attitudes in customer services. Through Strategic Intervention and NLP Coaching the internal dialogue which creates the barriers to success can be address enableing the coach and the coachee to set meaningful goals to increase income, profits and success. The coaching service is delivered through: 1:1 sessions over 3, 6 or 12 months 1: many sessions delivered through bespoke or predetermined workshops and seminars 2 x Success & Wealth Generation Summit which is multi- disciplinary delivered in October and April
