About EEO Specialists

At EEO Specialists, we are passionate about creating safe and respectful workplaces that people enjoy being a part of. We achieve this through a range of in-person workshops, and online courses via our sister organisation – Online Compliance Training Australia. Our training content is legally sound and delivered by experienced, knowledgeable, and trained facilitators. We also use corporate theatre as a unique and interactive way to engage participants effectively. Our Wraparound Service includes understanding the circumstances of each organisation, developing customised plans, facilitating comprehensive training, and providing ongoing support via our EEO Compliance Hub. Following our in-person workshops or online courses, participants get access to relevant sections of our EEO Compliance Hub. This hub includes valuable resources such as workshop summaries, factsheets, guidelines, toolbox talks, legislative overviews, videos, updates, and more. EEO Specialists has been working with organisations across State Government, Local Government, Port Authorities, Companies, Not for Profits, and Schools/Colleges. Over the past 15 years, we have trained over 32,000 people via our workshops, and sold over 52,000 online courses. EEO and WHS Laws relating to workplace behaviours have changed significantly in recent years. In addition, the Australian Human Rights Commission now has auditing and enforcement powers to assess compliance with Positive Duty to prevent unlawful workplace conduct.
