Effect Advisory International (EAI) is a corporate, transport, and management consultancy based in Dammam and the U.K. We are a wholly Saudi owned company and have served clients in the G.C.C. region since 2003. One part is dedicated to supporting Saudi Government and Government Agencies comply with the requirements of the Vision 2030 programme, another deals with financial and regulatory issues such as developing regulatory frameworks, regulatory institutions, procedures & rules, compliance & assurance regimes, and creating and monitoring licensing regimes. We also offer information management services primarily the development of digital transformation and cybersecurity policies Effect Safety & Security Advisory Effective safety and security management is a crucial part of everyday life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Effect Safety & Security Advisory, our newest sector, supports public and private sector clients to develop and implement their policies, assess their risks, construct their assets and facilities, police their communities more effectively and train their staff to meet the challenges of the modern environment. Effect Transport Advisory Our Transport Advisory sector was established in 2008 and offers a broad range of support services across aviation, maritime & ports, public transport (bus), rail & road modes and a transport planning & logistics service which covers them all.
