About Effective Leadership Academy
Effective Leadership Academy (ELA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 with a goal to empower youth grades 5-12 and beyond in essential self-leadership skills that many schools are unable to teach in the core curriculum. The skills gained from our programs include and are not limited to: communication, time management, networking, exploration of values, personality identification, team building and team dynamics, interviewing, professional introductions, public speaking, and many others. Since 2008, ELA has changed the lives of over 48\,000 students in Northeast Ohio and beyond. Our mission is to inspire the leaders of tomorrow to develop their greatest asset: themselves!
