Effective Training Solutions (ETS) is an international training organization located in the San Francisco Bay Area. ETS was established by Ingrid Gudenas in 1983 with the purpose of helping individuals and organizations develop personal talents and skills that enable them to achieve their goals. ETS has delivered training to major corporations in 30 countries and is known for stellar results and high customer satisfaction. We hold ourselves accountable for results, which is why we’ve been published so many times for helping clients produce financial ROI with training. See where we’re published. We’re located near the Port of Oakland in a beautiful building that was built in 1899. It’s a converted cable factory with 20 foot ceilings, beautiful old brick walls and original wide-plank hardwood floors. It’s a very spacious, friendly environment, perfect for training. We’ve had more than one client say they want to move in. And, of course, if you prefer, we’re happy to come to you. We take pride in the results our clients have gotten with our training.
