Founded in 2005, Efficient Evolutions is a Business Valuation, Company Sale and Company Acquisition Consultancy. We connect buyers and sellers for company sales, mergers, acquisitions and investments in privately held businesses. Most transactions we are involved in have a value between $1 million and $20 million. Our Management Team strives to bring the best of their experience of working for multi-billion dollar companies to small and mid-size companies while keeping our prices low enough to make them affordable to our client target group. We represent small and medium sized businesses, individual investors and private equity firms. The company is headquartered just outside of Boston in Newton, MA but handles transactions all over the US and overseas.
