About EFSETE

EFSETE has been operating on the Czech market for more than 12 years and is active in the fields of direct sales and customer care. We provide these services to our customers from telecommunication, information technologies, banking, financial consultancy, pharmaceutical and veterinary industry, power industry, real estate, gastronomy and others. In the sales area we are able to establish and control sales units in retail (street stores), telesales (call centres) and we are also very successful in managing teams of sales representatives. And we can also offer experience in sales and customer care in an online environment. We know the differences in approach to a direct sales and customer care for corporate and private clients. We can accommodate our activities depending upon whereas we are selling a service or physical product. We can also manage a management of sales teams operation throughout the whole Czech republic. Due to variety of our services and experience from different selling channels, we can utilize synergies between for example operator from call centre, sales representative in the field and specialist in street store or contact centre. Our experience from sales and customer care in different business segments enables us to identify functional and proved processes and use them in the business segments where new progressive practice has not found its place yet.
