The ECAM Formula Student Team is a student-led initiative involving around 50 passionate members, all working together to design and build a 100% electric single-seater prototype for the renowned Formula Student competitions. Guided by the detailed technical regulations published annually by Formula Student Germany (FSG), our project covers every aspect of vehicle development: chassis, battery, motor, transmission, power and control electronics, steering, and braking systems. These standards push us to innovate and optimize the performance of our car. The competitions are divided into static events, which evaluate design, cost analysis, and business strategy, and dynamic events, which test the vehicle’s acceleration, endurance, and agility on track. More than just a student activity, EFST is a collaborative platform that fosters technical skills, teamwork, and innovation. Together, we aim to represent ECAM LaSalle at international competitions across Europe, with a target to compete in Italy and Germany starting summer 2026.
