The EI Activator team consists of international keynote speaker and author of books on temperament and parenting by Hettie Brittz and Annatjie van Zyl (Director: Training and Facilitation), Lynette Berger and Mandie Wentzel (YourEmpoweredPotential), joined personality and leadership style experts and developers (Tall Trees Training) as well as software development expert, Waldie Pienaar from Connected Life. What makes the EIA tool unique and a one-of-a kind EI Assessment tool, is that it levels the playing field of EI by not favouring one temperament over another. This report predicts an emotional intelligence DNA for each individual, based on the strong correlation between temperament and personality on the one hand, and the default thinking, emotional, social and behavioural patterns that underscore EI. A comprehensive, interactive report provides a map and exercises to zoom in on the key areas for that individual's progress. Once an individual receives their report, the development journey with the EIA team starts. Based on the markers identified in the report, the individual embarks on a tailormade journey of emotional intelligence development provided and developed by the EIA team members.
