About Eighth Element
History Eighth Element LLC was founded in the late summer of 2019 by three co-founders Amanda and Floyd VanDruff, and Cheyanne Thomas. Before the business there was the hobby, before that, a singular Nhandu chromatus named Lydia, the very first tarantula in the Eighth Element family. As the hobby grew, they quickly adapted to the need for tarantula food, and began breeding their own supply of feeder insects, along with making their own feeder food. Their goals adapted, and now Eighth Element’s mission is to offer the highest quality, merchandise on the market, from our family to yours. Why Choose Eighth Element?
