Eisdrachen was formed by two former colleagues who developed new technology for chillers. When we worked together a few years ago we had a chiller that kept failing. Instead of investing nearly $100k in a new chiller we built our own from scratch. It worked great. Since then, we have built 5 additional units for other extraction labs, each one better then the last. We started Eisdrachen Inc in order to prototype and build a chiller system that is less expensive, more efficient, and built to last with minimal maintenance. Our base system can be used to keep a butane/propane storage tank at -40 C which is the optimal temp for extraction. When coupled with our heat exchanger system the base unit can be used in place of a dry ice / recovery pump system. Our butane recovery system will recover at an astonishing 14lbs per minute, substantially increasing your production. We also eliminate the need for dry ice which save you $$. Our system has no consumable (except electricity), no chiller fluid, no chiller fluid circulation, and no mess. Our system is 95-98% efficient!
