Social Enterprise which delivers a Professional and Personal development training programme, targeting young people from age 12 in second level education and in pre employment. Giving them skills, competencies and confidence to go out into the workplace and to be the leaders of tomorrow who are empowered, emotionally aware, happy, thought driven and decisive. Combination of online, face to face and group sessions. Creating a habit for lifelong professional and personal development. We also provide One to One Coaching services in Self-Awareness including Emotional Intelligence to a wider audience and have a particular passion for working with fellow entrepreneurs. We provide self-awareness and leadership training for corporate clients. The aim of this is to improve individual self-awareness, reduce stress and workplace conflict, improve business by achieving goals and working better together. All the while knowing that you are working with an organisation that puts it's profits back into supporting and working with young people in personal development. Because what it all boils down to is this - your mental wellbeing is stabilized by developing your emotional intelligence, self-awareness and core foundations.
