About Eker Bikes

Eker Bicycles AB is a Swedish company specialised in manufacturing premium bicycles. The bamboo bicycle frames are made in Uganda, and the bikes are then assembled in Sweden. The frames, which are made by natural composite materials, leave a minimal climate footprint. Our aim is to improve the environment, one bicycle at a time, and contribute to job creation as well as the bicycle sport in Uganda. Eker bicycle frames are crafted by hand from the finest raw materials. We harvest the tubes, we dry and prepare them before carefully joining them into exact and unique pieces of art. When fitted with top range components, our bicycles can withstand extremely tough riding in all types of conditions and with great comfort.
