Ekim Consulting was established in 2018 and provides Organisational Consulting, Executive Search, Interim Management Placement and Coaching & Mentoring services. Ekim works with its clients to help them shape the organisational structure of their business in line with their strategic objectives, identify and secure the leadership and senior talent that they need and help that talent to grow both from a personal perspective and in terms of the contribution they are capable of making in their role. Our true passion is working with leaders to help them excel and to realise the full potential of their people and hence their business. Ekim is a fresh new business made up of some familiar, established players, all of whom want to change the way in which organisational consulting, executive recruitment and coaching are delivered by creating a much more connected offering, unconstrained by methodology, process or fee structure.
