Company EKOL energo s.r.o. was established in 2006, as a 100 % subsidiary firm of EKOL, spol. s r.o. Establishment of the company was adherent to increasing need for new power equipment, steam turbines, up to the output of 70 MW, not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the whole Europe. The company EKOL energo s.r.o. specializes on production of steam turbines up to the output of 70 MWe of EKOL design, service and delivery of spare parts to them and repairs of steam turbines. In addition to the main activity, production of new steam turbines, the company EKOL energo s.r.o. assumed service and repairs at first of the steam turbines of EKOL design, but also subsequently all sorts of repairs, reconstruction and modernisation of steam turbines of the significant world-known producers In addition to the repairs of steam turbines, we provide also repairs of internal-combustion turbines and deliveries of spare parts for steam and internal-combustion turbines and compressors. In 2015, the strategic partner, Chinese company ShaanGu merged the group EKOL. It concerns a company that is aimed especially at production and supplies of axial and radial industrial compressors that are, along with a turbine / electromotor and generator arranged into the so-called „trains“. The company ShaanGu is the most significant producer and deliverer of industrial compressors in China. At the present time the EKOL designers are preparing a unified range of driving turbines in cooperation with ShaanGu. The company supplies its products and repairs of steam turbines in high quality, as evidenced by ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
