Ekuity Club is a London property company focusing on core, core+ and value add commercial investment and opportunistic development, particularly mixed use and residential restoration. As an accredited commercial and residential investment & development company we primarily focus on west and south west London zones 1-4. Our mission is to recommission which is great for investors, great for the environment and great for the community. We do this by re-purposing distressed, disused, tired or redundant spaces to create brilliant spaces to live and work. We create value by securing vacant or income producing assets with additional, often unexplored enhanced development potential to further uplift capital values. Requirements: Actively looking for freehold commercial buildings tenanted or vacant possession from 1,000 Sq Ft to 15,000 Sq Ft in W & SW London. Currently urgently looking for detached residential homes and buildings in Barnes, Battersea, Fulham, Putney, Richmond, Wandsworth and Wimbledon for resales up to £1,250 psf.
