EJP was officially launched in 2009 as a training and business incubator programme. At Ekurhuleni Jewellery Project we cater for industry based training skills programmes and develop Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME) for commercial success. The Ekurhuleni Jewellery project provides support for the industry by providing Industry Based Skills Programmes and has a recognition-of-prior-learning system in its Training for Trade Programmes. These programmes vary in length and have specific outcomes, aligned with the industry requirements and individual development.
