About Elastocon
Elastocon manufactures and sells testing instruments for rubber and plastic materials. Our objective is to offer instruments with high precision, which gives accurate results. Elastocon can also offer calibration and polymer testing on commission, several of the methods are accredited. We offer instruments for existing test methods and develop instruments for new test methods. The company was founded in 1987, and have customers in approximately 80 countries around the world. The joint knowledge within the company is very high regarding polymers, polymer testing and calibration. Two employees attend annually in the international standardization committees meeting for ISO-standards. Within Elastocon about 80 new products has been developed for polymeric testing, from compression set rigs to automatic computerized instruments such as relaxation, creep or low temperature testers. Above our own products, calibration and testing services, seminars and educations, Elastocon portfolio includes several other world leading manufacturers instrument that we resell within the Nordic market. The objective of Elastocon is to manufacture instruments giving more reliable results than other instruments for existing test methods, and to develop instruments for new test methods for rubber and plastic materials. Testing with precision is the guideline throughout the company.
