Licensed in Florida since 1985, Anné Desormier-Cartwright began her practice as a real estate, landlord tenant and commercial trial lawyer with three different well-established litigation and real estate law offices. In 1995, she launched her own practice and served as counsel to one of her former law firms. At that same time, she expanded her practice to include estate planning including planning for long-term benefits, guardianship and litigation arising out of estate planning. In 2013, the law firm name was changed to Elder and Estate Planning Attorneys PA. Since 2005, she has co-owned, along with another seasoned real estate lawyer, Sage Title and Escrow, Inc. Anné Desormier-Cartwright has practiced law for 29 years. For 15 years, she focused on commercial trial work in State Courts from Vero Beach to Miami & FL Federal District Court in the commercial/corporate area, including construction defect and lien foreclosure, professional malpractice-legal & accounting malpractice, real estate disputes, banking, securities, collections & landlord/tenant. She also served as an assistant county attorney for Palm Beach County Attorney's Office. After leaving public office she broadened her practice to include estate planning and administration, probate and trust administration and litigation, guardianships (contested as well), mental health & long term care planning including Medicaid and Veterans Benefits. She is a VA accredited. She is co-owner of a full service title & escrow company called Sage Title & Escrow Services, Inc. She graduated from Boston University School of Law & Penn State with High Distinction.
