Eldercircle is a family run business providing a support network to retired professionals and their families. Eldercircle aims to offer a high-end home support service to older people giving relatives the reassurance that their needs are taken care of, when they can't be around; so that time spent with loved ones is quality time together. Typically , a personal assistant (PA) is matched to the needs of the customer providing services as required such as: help with home administration tasks, cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, attending appointments, social events/activities, companionship, welfare checks, pet care/therapy...the service is bespoke and dependant upon the customer's needs thus 'shaping services around you'. We want to challenge the perception and respectfully say that not every older person is 'old'. The client group we represent don't 'need' support they 'choose' to have it, taking pressure off loved ones or filling a gap when family aren't around. Our customers remain committed to living their retirement years to the full, as independently as possible. Retired people don't want to be a burden and loved ones don't want to have to spend all of their spare time dealing with additional every day activities of daily living. Eldercircle provides a solution which enhances relationships, combats social isolation and brings unity back into the community.
