Elderfit is an award-winning Community Interest Company that specialises in exercise for the 50+ person. Elderfit is particularly focused on maintaining strength and balance, which slowly decreases as we age due to the loss of strength and joint flexibility. This is why it's so important to keep active as you get older. Our class participants' age ranges from 50 to 100 year olds, and brings people together from all walks of life.
