About ElderWise Housing Solutions

Our mission is to give seniors and their families an easier way to sell a family home and, in doing so, helping to reduce any transitional burden that comes as one ages. We saw the stress that seniors and their families went through when it was time to transition out of a life long home. Elderwise Housing Solutions was created to solve common problems families face when selling a family home. In doing so we hope to help a family focus on spending more time with their loved one and helping them find the care they might need. Our Easy Transitions Program helps solve typical issues seniors face when selling home. Whether the home is outdated, damaged, has deferred maintenance, very messy or the senior needs to move quickly we can help. We work with the senior and their family to purchase the home "as is" from them. This allows for a much smoother transition from the home. Here are some of the ways the Easy Transitions Program can help... There is no need to update or fix problems with the home. Take the possessions that they want and leave the rest in the house. We dispose or donate unwanted items for the family. There is no need to clean the house...or keep it clean for closings. There is flexibility in the closing. For those families that need to move quickly we can close in 7 days. We allow a two week post close occupancy. This allows families to get the money from the sale to pay for care then return later to get any items that might be wanted. There is also the certainty of the sale with not having to deal with the financing or other contingencies. We care for and guide seniors and their families through the process from start to finish.
