eLeasing Solutions, Inc. is a Contact Management Company that targets the Property Management and Vacation Industry. eLS provides emailed responses to internet shopper’s request for information on behalf of Property Management Companies Nationwide. We also take inbound reservation and leasing calls to assist in appointments and reservations. Currently Property Management Companies advertise their properties online with various internet vendors. When a prospect finds a match on these sites, they can click on the “Contact Us” button. Their request for further information goes to the specific property via email and/or fax. eLS will provide immediate responses to their request answering their specific questions and providing all of the information that they will need in order to fill your vacancy. Since the internet is where 77% of all apartment shoppers start, it is important to the Property’s occupancy to respond within a reasonable time. Nationwide, only 33% of properties respond at all. Of that 33%, it takes on average 1.5 days for an emailed response. The missed opportunities are missed dollars and our goal is to raise occupancy, increase revenue and confirm appointments on behalf of these companies for a monthly fee. One lease pays for our service! eLS will also be the single point of contact for updating each property’s website vendors with changes in pricing, policies, deposits, specials and fees so that the consumer is always seeing fresh and accurate material.
