About Electric Innovations
Founded by Ted Thompson (CSIS) in 2007, Electric Innovations started building and interconnecting biogas fueled generators to the power grid in 2010. Ted went on to expand the company into broadband wireless networks, automation, process piping and fabrication and biogas processing systems for renewable vehicle fuel. In 2023 Ted sold automation and data division to Maas Energy, and in 2024 sold Energy Innovations (fabrication division) with partner seats in both companies. Today he runs EI in renewables and investing in alternative carbon neutral power generation projects and consults with private and city power projects.
