For more than the past 20 years, Ray Sr. has been consulting to businesses in the area of power quality and energy-saving strategies. The businesses to whom he has consulted have saved tens of millions of dollars in energy expenses. Ray Sr. has been trained by some of the pioneers in the power quality field, including a scientist who formerly worked at NASA. He is also responsible for the design of the pay-at-the-pump features on the gasoline pumps currently in use by Mobil and Gulf.
