Based in Leicestershire, we are one of the UK's leading suppliers of fast turn electronic assembly, and work with many major company's R&D departments to help get new products into production efficiently, often dealing with demanding lead-times and boundary pushing technical requirements. EAS Ltd specialise in fast turn hi-tech, production quality small batch builds where 100% quality and accuracy, combined with a rapid response time are the main requirements. As part of a group of companies, we also offer in-house Pcb design (Microtrax Ltd) and bare board assembly (Express-Circuits Ltd). No qty is too small and batches can run up to 500, depending on complexity/size. We can work with free issue kits and also offer a full procurement service. Typical quote turn-round is 24 hrs for assembly and 48 hours to include material cost and lead-times. Typical assembly lead-time is 5 working days. Capabilities include uBGA, SMT to 01005, Package on Package, Flexible and Flexi-Rigid and even stretchable Pcb assembly, random shaped and large Pcb assembly, and a choice of leaded or un-leaded processes. On 11th June 2013 we opened a new facility which has enabled us to expand our operation and accommodate all the equipment that is necessary in order to produce latest technology medium volumes on a rapid turnaround basis. On 20th August 2013 EAS Ltd became an ISO9001 accredited company.
