Elektro Ljubljana OVE d.o.o., renewable energy engineering, is a subsidiary of Elektro Ljubljana d.d., and a legal successor of the enterprise MHE Elektro Ljubljana d.o.o., established in 2002. The core activity of Elektro Ljubljan OVE is the renewable energy engineering, in particularly the generation of electrical power from small hydro plants. Accordingly, the electrical energy generated is entirely sustainable, by way of which the company contributes to a cleaner environment and a better quality of life. Such utilisation of sustainable sources reduces the emission of greenhouse gases and thus helps preserve our environment. Most of the energy generated by Elektro Ljubljana OVE utilities water in hydro power plants, and the sun in photovoltaic pwer plants. The company also has experience in the construction of the wind turbines and thus co-operated in the construction of the wind power plant on Kredarica. Our engineering services entail also the erection of smaller units for the co-generation of thermal and electrical energy, while in the near future we also plan to erect a few co-generations. With long-standing practice, we gained experience in project design and realisation in the construction and connection of power plants to the distribution network. Elektro Ljubljana OVE provides potential investors in photovoltaic power plants with consultancy services and tehnical support. This service encompasses the entire procedure - from obtaining necessary documentation to installation and network connection - all on a 100 % turn-key basis.
