About Elephant in the Room Counseling Services
Together my husband and I have worked with adolescents for over twenty years. So many times we have heard parents say things like, "I can't take it anymore." "I've had it." "I give up." Parenting is difficult and at times may seem impossible. Parenting issues can also lead to marital problems. We work with the family unit as a whole. Families are complicated. Issues they face may include substance abuse, mental illness, parenting struggles or marriage/relationship issues. It's because we believe in the family unit we want to help as many families as we can develop and maintain a healthy family environment. We provide counseling in a non-judgmental environment for those seeking parenting classes, counseling for adolescents, marriage counseling, pre-marital counseling, and counseling for the entire family.
