Elevat.Ed is a social impact consulting program that immerses high school students in the world of real consulting. We combine a structured digital training program with hands-on project experience and mentorship from top industry professionals. Students begin with a three-week, fully online training program. It’s practical, tips-based, and focused on tangible skills rather than heavy theory. The training introduces the consulting industry and NGO sector, explores social impact consulting with real case studies from top firms, and builds the core skills every consultant needs. Students learn how to interpret project briefs, design effective deliverables, and tackle objectives such as fundraising, market entry, and digital strategy. They also practice essential soft skills: running client calls, public speaking, and professional etiquette, alongside leadership, crisis management, and conflict resolution. After training, students earn a certificate and join a nine-week project cycle with well-established NGOs or social enterprises. Working in teams and guided by mentors from leading consulting and finance firms, they gain first-hand experience in client calls, problem-solving, and delivering impactful, pro-bono solutions. Beyond the project cycle, Elevat.Ed provides access to a pre-university internship and volunteering tracker, helping students secure opportunities that strengthen both university applications and career prospects. Through partnerships with FreddyMatch and other organizations, we ensure students have ongoing access to meaningful, long-term pathways.
