About Elevate Assessments
Elevate Assessments provide Needs Assessments in Educational and Workplace settings to help organisations make well justified funding claims in areas where support has historically been low or has been seen as difficult to navigate. Within educational settings those who do not qualify for DSA funding, typically Apprentices, Adult, Foreign and Research Council students can participate in a non-DSA Needs Assessment to establish support to overcome barriers resultant from their disability. Costs are reimbursed through appropriate funding bodies. ESFA funded students (Apprentice and Adult can claim up to £19,000 through excess funding and over £19,000 through exceptional funding). Research Council students can claim through UKRI with Foreign Students left with possibly less reliable funding streams for support. 49,820 workers claimed Access to Work funding in 2023-2024 an incredibly low number when it is considered that there are 5.53 million working age disabled people in the UK. Access to Work funding is capped at £66,000 per year and can provide specialist equipment, support workers, costs for traveling to work, vehicle adaptions and physical changes to the workplace. As experienced Assessors of Need Elevate Assessments support organisations to make claims against these funds. Elevate Assessments work with experienced, knowledgeable, empathetic, and skilled assessors.
