About Elevate London
ELEVATE is an innovative clothing brand launched in 2013 by Marcel Robin, 26, and Alexandre Ruimy, 18. Originally from Senegal, Robin grew up in Paris, France before moving to London, U.K., where he reached the top of the events business. After representing and promoting several of the most prestigious nightclubs in the U.K. capital, Robin decided to move into the world of fashion shortly before meeting Ruimy. Ruimy, like Robin, grew up in Paris before moving to London. Originally from Morocco, he is a high school student immersed in and taken away by the fashion prevalent in youth culture. Upon meeting and sharing their ideas, Ruimy and Robin both realized that – despite belonging to generations with polar influences and characteristics – their styles could merge into one cohesive fashion movement. So, they came together with a shared vision to create a leading fashion brand; this is when ELEVATE was born. These two creative minds, influenced by fashion trends of different generations, blend to create fresh concepts. ELEVATE’s first collection was created with eternal appeal in mind. It boasts a wide variety of different clothing items, including suit apparel, sweaters, jackets and accessories. Silhouettes, leather and solid colors play an impactful role in design. Throughout the collection, class and style are powerful common threads.
