ELI Young Professionals inspires participants to develop as leaders while fostering meaningful personal and professional relationships. ELI NextGen offers Jewish high school students in grades 9–12 transformative experiences designed to cultivate leadership skills, foster Jewish pride, and establish a meaningful connection to Israel. The program immerses participants in the entrepreneurial spirit of Israel as the Startup Nation, empowering them with the skills and mindset needed to succeed in the business world.
